When we created IKEA STOCKHOLM we decided to do a little extra everything . We didn't look at the price tag at all. We just threw ourselves into the world of fine quality. we only used super materials, like linen, velvet, mohair and leather. and we paid extra super care to details. Like the perfect fit of the sofa or the double layer curtains that block out the light or the special care on veneer structure or the super fittings, like self-closing hinges , self-closing and invisible expanders or the touch dimmer on the lamp.
But did all that
extra everything make the furniture super expensive ? By IKEA
standards, maybe. But it's till a galaxy away from what you'll find
elsewhere. Instead, we believe in selling furniture at everyday low
prices, that have everyday quality, that can cope with everyday
life and give everyday joy. We simply sell things to improve
everyday life, making it SUPER ! |
