Exchange and Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unassembled item within 30 days for either an exchange or a full refund. Just make sure you have your sales receipt with you and please bring the item back in its original packaging. Please note that return on cut fabric, used blinds or curtains, plants, used beddings (mattresses, mattress pads, quilts, quilt covers, pillows etc.) products from the AS-IS area or goods ordered to your specifications, such as custom-made worktops etc; cannot be accepted. The IKEA "Change of Mind Policy" is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. |
